What counts as a document?
A document is any invoice, estimate, or credit note that is finalized (issued). Draft documents do not count toward your usage.
What happens if I exceed 100 documents per entity?
Additional documents are billed per document at the end of the billing cycle with no service interruption. Rates are graduated by your total monthly volume: €0.01 per document up to 5,000, €0.0075 from 5,000 to 25,000, and €0.006 from 25,000 to 100,000. Above 100,000 documents a month, contact sales for custom pricing.
How is volume pricing calculated?
Included documents (100 per entity) are used first. Documents beyond that are priced band by band across your whole account, so only the documents that fall inside a cheaper band get the lower rate. For example, 25,000 documents on one entity cost €49 for documents 101–5,000 and €150 for documents 5,001–25,000.
Does Peppol sending cost extra?
Yes. Standard document creation follows the normal document pricing. If you enable Peppol delivery for an entity and send an invoice or credit note over Peppol, each sent document is billed at €0.10. Sandbox Peppol testing is free.
Can I use the sandbox for free?
Yes! The sandbox environment is completely free with unlimited usage. It's perfect for development and testing before going live.
What does the €49/month platform fee cover?
The platform fee covers access to all production features including compliance modules, multi-currency support, public sharing links, the TypeScript SDK, and email support. It's a flat fee regardless of how many entities you have.
Is the first entity really free?
Yes. Your first entity has no per-entity charge — you only pay the €49/month platform fee. Additional entities are €3/entity/month, each including 100 documents.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. For enterprise plans, we also offer invoicing with NET-30 terms.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term agreements. Cancel anytime and you won't be charged for the next billing cycle.
